What we do

The Goldsmiths Community Centre has been providing facilities for education, recreation, health and leisure activities for the neighbourhood of North Downham and the surrounding areas since 1939. 29 organisations and groups use the community centre and over 700 people attend the classes, groups and clubs each week. We aim to provide something for everyone, from babies to older people. We work with a wide range of partners to promote health, learning, enterprise, and a better environment and provide a wide range of activities reflecting the diversity of our community.
